The Transparency and Accountability Category is further divided into sub-categories, namely; Rule of Law (Indicators #2,#3,#4,#7,#8 and #9), Accountability (Indicators #12,#13, #14, and #18) Elections (#21, #22 and #23), Public Management (#25,#26,#28, #29 and #30), Public Service Integrity (#38 and #39), Access to information and Openness (#42, #43,#45,#47, #49, #51, #52, #53,#55,#56, #118, and #120).
The Social Development Category is further divided into sub-categories, namely: Human Rights (#65, #67, #68, #69, #70,#72, #74, #76, and #119), Gender and Inclusion (#84, #85, #86, #87, #116 and #117), Statistics (#91, #92, and #93), Welfare (#101, #102, #103, and #104), Health (#107) and Civil Registration (#113,#114, and #115).
